Unorthodox Racing Ultra Series gears are the pinnacle of adjustable cam gear technology. Their gears set the industry standard for craftsmanship. Each gear is CAD designed and CNC'd from lightweight 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Each gear is adjustable in one degree increments to a maximum of +/- 10º (advance/retard). The engraved timing marks are accurate to within one minute of a degree. There is no such thing as having to send the gears to a machine shop to be re-indexed properly. Other aftermarket gears can be off by as much as 1 or 2 degree.
