Thermo-Tec's new Express Sleeves are just exactly what our customers have been looking for. The new easy to use sleeving is a combination of a high temperature insulation material to a highly reflective mylar foil with a Velcro closure. The sleeving is designed to provide maximum protection for wires, hoses, and cables from the very damaging effect of radiant heat with an easy application. Simply pull apart the material, wrap around the wire, and re-close the sleeving. Express Sleeves reflect over 90% of radiant heat, is fireproof and fire resistant, and just looks good.

The mylar foil can be effective with radiant heat up to 2000º F and 400ºF for conductive heat.

A more affordable alternative to DEI's Fire Wrap 3000.

A MOST DO FOR NA-T LEXUS IS300s!!!!!!!!  You read right!  The TPS and other crucial component wiring harness runs underneath the OE TB.  This harness is already wrapped with low-grade heat wrap designed for BTUs made from a stock N/A setup.  NA-T setups place a turbo manifold and turbo in the same area, with both increased BTU output from the higer horse power, and also increasing the heat output through higher surface area.  Many NA-T setups suffer from this OE harness getting damaged, and TPS reading issues.  Use the wrap to prevent any future issues to this harness!  Very easy to install, not requiring any connector removal!
