Water/Meth injection has been used since WWII giving one the ability to lower EGTs, increase manifold boost pressure, increase supercharger effeciency and increase timing.  Furthermore water/meth cleans your engine's combustion chambers and reduces harmful NOx emissions!

Do you have a piggyback, or a standalone?  Then you have mappable, 2D water/alchohol injection (or even 3D depending on your engine management) with multible safeties and features at your figertips with just the addition of this module.  Never heard of something like this?  Because not only was the concept developed in-house by TokenSolutions, but so is the module itself.

This is a module universal in application with engine management systems that have a mappable 0-5vdc OR auxilary injector output, such as the MAP ECU 2, AEM FIC or Emanage Ultimate.  WHY PAY FOR A BASIC WATER/METH CONTROLLER WHEN YOUR ENGINE MANAGEMENT ALREADY HAS MUCH BETTER CAPABILITIES AND CONTROLS THAN TWO RHEOSTATS COMMONLY FOUND IN TODAYS CONTROLLERS??

For instance the AEM FIC’s “re-mapper” 0-5vdc output uses a 21×17 map with configurable load and RPM breakpoints- just imagine the granularity and control you could have over your water/meth, and all at the same tuing interface you are already plugged into for your fuel and ignition settings!!!!!!! Imagine using the MAP switching features on the AEM FIC or Emanage Ultimate that can also be used for your water/meth tune!!  Further more with the AEM FIC and many other EMS, you can use the programmable 12vdc on/off output (or a basic boost switch) to control a water/meth solenoid to either make a compound/dual nozzle setup or upgrade from a check valve.

This module effectively gives the end-user the ability to progressively tune water/methanol delivery with extreme accuracy, much like an additional fuel injector setup, much more accurately and with much more control than the competition's progressive controllers that only see boost and no other input.  1vdc or 10% aux injector duty cycle begins the water/meth output, the firmware ensures the proper amount, ensuring fogging and no low output due to transient voltage issues, and every subsequent increase in voltage output increases water/meth delivery via a proprietary delivery curve as fluid delivery via pressure is not a linear increase.

Thats not it!  The unit also has tank level and flow switch inputs!!  Combined with internal diagnostics and voltage fault detection the PWMC GenII module will indicate to the end user via remote LED (this LED also shows the progression of water/meth delivery) if the fuse has blown, if the motor windings have blown, if there is no flow and if the tank is low!!  The module also has a fault output that you can send to a relay or your engine management system to activate a boost cut or other safety!!

Built to be robust, affordable and capable, the internal circuit contains jumper switches that gives the end user control either to use 0-5vdc analog or aux injector driver.

* The PWMC module using a 50/50 mix has succesfully been used to run 87 octane on a 2001 Toyota Tacoma TRD supercharged truck with stock exhuast, with zero timing pulled, and with 91 octane allows a 9.5psi pulley to require zero timing adjustments.  Both with water/meth delivery starting at the onset of boost due to the accurate controlability.
