Do you have an AEM FIC, or does your EMS have a mappable 0-5vdc output? Then you have 2D water/alchohol injection at your figertips with just the addition of this module.
This is a module universal in application with engine management systems that have a programmable 0-5vdc output, such as the AEM FIC piggyback offered on this site.
Many engine fuel management units, both standalone and piggyback, offer mappable 0-5vdc outputs. The TokenSolutions PWMC module allows you to use your piggyback or EMU/EMS’s X/Y axis programmable 0-5 (or 0-12vdc, just do not input in the software an output above 5vdc) to control a wather/meth motor in 2D fashion with the granular resolution that your EMS provides you (the AEM FIC’s “re-mapper” 0-5vdc output uses a 21×17 map with configurable load and RPM breakpoints). Further more with the AEM FIC and other EMS, you can use the programmable 12vdc on/off output (or a basic boost switch) to control a water/meth solenoid to either make a compound/dual nozzle setup or upgrade from a check valve.
This module effectively gives the end-user the ability to progressively tune water/methanol delivery extremely accurately, much like an additional fuel injector setup, much more accurately and with much more control than the competition's progressive controllers that only see boost and no other input. 1vdc begins the PWM output, the firmware ensures the proper amount to ensure fogging and no low output transient voltage issues, and every subsequent increase in voltage output increases water/meth delivery.
Built to be robust, affordable and capable, the internal circuit contains jumper switches that gives the end user control over the PWM frequency. Thus for particular setups this is by far the most affordable method, yet also most flexible of 2D water/meth delivery:
This is not a kit, this is for a controller only.
* The PWMC module using a 50/50 mix has succesfully been used to run 87 octane on a 2001 Toyota Tacoma TRD supercharged truck with stock exhuast, with zero timing pulled, and with 91 octane allows a 9.5psi pulley to require zero timing adjustments. Both with water/meth delivery starting at the onset of boost due to the accurate control ability. What can you get your setup to do with the PWMC module?!
*Coming soon, a variation to be used with the AEM FIC to control a boost solenoid so that your FIC can operate as an EBC!!.
*Coming soon, a variation to be used with the Emanage Ultimate.
