The Synapse Synchronic Blow-Off Valve hit the market on a wave of inovation.  The Synchronic BOV is a fast-acting design that funtions as a blow-off/diverter bypass and even a 'pop-off' valve.  The patented design eliminates the diaphragm with a multi-tier piston actuator that self-ceters under pressure.  This design is intended to significantly reduce or eliminate compressor surge and will no tleak boost.

The SB001A is a universal, pull type BOV design that eliminates leaking by seating the valve more as boost pressure increases.  Each assembly is pressure tested to 100psi prior to leaving the factory.  Interchangeable inlet and discharge flanges allow us to offer various adapters and kits for many popular applications.

Token notes:  Recirculation has been proven to reduce spool time between shifts, but if the possition of the BOV makes recirculation difficult, it is recommended that either filter media on the outlet be used or the anti-stall kit.  The TokenSolutions Syncronic BOV has the anti-stall kit installed, the sound is awesome.  No cheesy surge or whipping sound, or sharp chirps that become mind numbing over time.  A nice shwoosh of air movement that is just loud enough to let you know its there, but not enought to wake up the neighborhood or worse yet get the attention of authorities blocks away.

BEWARE OF FAKES!!  TS has learned of a recent release of fake Synapse BOVs.  These BOVs cannot have the same manufacturing tollerances and proprietary lubrication that a genuine unit has.  TokenSolutions does not, and will not sell, fakes and other imposter products that negatively effect the user's car, performance, reliability and industry.

*** Anti stall

Synchronic BOV anti-stall kit in billet machined Aluminum 6061-T6 anodized
black. This adapter allows all SB001 to be fitted with a normally-closed valve
in order to vent the BOV to atmosphere. The anti-stall kit is mostly used with
MAF equipped vehicles, but may be used with MAP sensor (speed density)
cars without problems. Anti-stall kits will make the discharge sound of the
SB001 considerably louder. Be aware of your local laws and regulations
as it pertains to noise before purchasing this unit. Anti-stall only prevents
the engine from taking in unmetered air through the BOV when the intake
manifold is under vacuum. There will be conditions where the turbo may be
producing boost at very low throttle positions and air will be discharged.
It is best for performance to re-circulate the discharge of SB001.
