Due to popular demand, TS no offers "Outside Purchase Tech Support".

A great many buy their EMU, AEM FIC, PNP harness etc used, often buying the problems of the previous owner along with it.  The purchaser soon finds that the original manufacture of the product is greatly lacking in vehicle specific support for their application.  TS being known by word of mouth as an EMU and FIC expert on Toyota/Lexus platforms, is often contacted in support of these units that were not purchased from TS (if purchased through TS, this support is included). 

With the success of customer projects, and the success of the support given to non-TS units, TS now offers a flat-rate support package that includes:

- Wiring instruction for proper cam/crank filtering and o2 control for the AEM FIC

- Free mailed resistors of highly tested and proven values for filter and o2 circuits- AEM FIC.  Using these proper values avoids the electrical noise hiccup, but also avoids laggy start-up and cam codes.

- Software and hardware setup support.  The Emanage Ultimate has various jumpers that need to be set for ignition voltage type, IAT, Knock, Coolant inputs etc.  AEM FIC has various software settings depending on OE o2 type, tuning nuances etc.

- Physical part setup guidance- ex: Lexus IS300 requires specific primary o2 configuration, piggybacks require specific MAF and BOV placement.

-  Thorough OBDII knowledge.  TS guidance on how to tune your piggyback to operate with and not against your OE ECU, eliminating the need for 'reset relays', improving drivability and reliability.

• Mobile package includes in person diagnostics, wiring modification and base tuning- Mobile package confined to the Los Angeles County area.
