Slight cutting of the OE fan shroud is needed to accommodate for the water neck.  Radiator is two core, 1.5 to 1.75 qts more capacity.  Sites advertise the wrong radiator cap rating, this Mizu has a radiator cap of PROPER operating PSI of 1.3bar.

For proper seal of the fan temp switch, one can use Toyota part number (for a w55 tranny washer) 90430-18008, and is around a dollar.  Or you can use any washer that fits over the provided mizu bolt.
