An Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Wiring Patch Harness is a short electrical harness that is installed between a vehicles ECU and its wiring.

All Patch harnesses use the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) connectors, plugs and contacts to allow it to plug easily into place. 

*****All premium harnesses additionally come with thicker guage wire, 135 gold terminals to match the OE ECU's gold terminals, and are fully epoxied on the female side to ensure absolutely NO pin failures or shorts and color coded indicating grounds, full time power, switched power, TPS, Injectors, Ignition (IGTs), o2 signals, MAF signal, and RPM!!!!!!!! Furthermore the Premium harnesses deleted the ECU "blank" found in the standard harness, making the overall harness package smaller and more compact!!!!

With a patch harness, late model cars can now have electronic mods wired safely and easily into it at a workbench, without having to cut into and possibly damage the factory wiring harness.
