Billet Oil Thermostat

These billet aluminum units facilitate quick oil warm up. Opening starts at 160*F (71.1C) and they are fully open at 180*F (82.2C).

** This is a beefy solid aluminum sandwich plate that gives the added benifit of having an internal thermostat (great for large coolers and cold climates).  Just like you do not want too hot of oil, you do not want oil that is too cold.  Freeway driving can often lead to oil becoming far too cold with an oil cooler setup.  "Go big or Go home", this plate is one of the very few I have seen for the IS300 that has -10AN ports, this will allow for a lot of flow and the use of large lines and coolers.  Thermostat, sandwich plate, -10AN ports all in one reliable great looking package, this is why this unit is on the TokenSolutions 60-1 turbocharged IS300.

Installation Notes:
Mount between the oil filter mounting boss and the oil filter itself.
